Ranked 8thInfamousNo matter how much their roster has changed over the years, Los Angeles Infamous, a legendary franchise in existence for over a decade and half, has always found a way to stay competitive.nThe story has been similar at every event: They have yet to win a game on Friday this year. After losing both of their games on the Friday they’ve needed to win, and win big, on Saturday to have any chance at moving to the deeper rounds. But they’ve done just that, and they have made two Sunday appearances in a row.nThey are undergoing one of their biggest rebuilds but owner and coach Travis Lemanski has been able to lean heavily on a few crucial starters to keep his team in the top ten, they are currently ranked 8th overall.nAt 38, veteran Thomas Tayler, who’s been playing pro paintball since 2002, is the best attacker on the team. His consistent aggression on the snake side has been keeping Infamous in tournaments.nCody Mickowski is Infamous’ most consistent player overall, he’s everywhere, attacking, defending, filling out to key spots when his teammates die, winning gunfights, and playing the best paintball of his career.nJerry Caro has been a big pick up, his natural aggression and ability to read the field puts him in crucial spots to take pressure off his teammates. The same could said for Ryan Rodarte, who’s the team main weapon in the center of the field.nOn the Dside, veteran Drew Templeton holds it down and is no stranger to big moves in big games. But it looks like Chicago might be Drew’s last event. But they picked up Cody Chong, who’s had a few shining moments on the Outlaws. Also Brett Messer is starting to play tighter as he gets more reps.nInfamous did lose Nate Schroeder again to another shoulder injury, maybe this time for good. At the NXL Chicago Open they’re going to try to get off to a quicker start than they have at the other three events.
