Ranked #6 San Antonio X-FactorTune into Gosports.com May 3rd - 5th and watch X-Factor battle at the 2nd stop of the NXL US Tour in Texas. Former World Champs San Antonio X-Factor had no problems getting through their first 3 games at the last event in Las Vegas. Beating Thunder by two and mercy ruling both DMG and the ML Kings. But then they hit a snag in the last prelim match against interstate rivals AC Dallas, who beat them 0-2. They then matched up with their archenemies Impact in the quarterfinals, getting knocked out of the tournament, losing a close one-point game 2-3. But as long as they keep their current roster they will be a threat to win tournaments, and are drastically due for win, considering they are a constant presence on Sunday in the deeper rounds.X-Factor has one of the deepest rosters in the game, with strong versatile players who have earned the respect of their peers. Snake side specialist Billy Bernacchia is one of the most polished and aggressive first attackers in the league. Jesse Stephens has developed his timing over the past few seasons and is now a huge asset as an attacker. Colt Roberts and Archie Montemayor are two of the best in business and can be counted on during clutch situations. So can new pick up Raney Stanczak who came over from Impact in the off season, who always seems to find a way to be in right in the thick of the action.Nick Slowiak saw regular playing time in Vegas and made the most of his spins. Mykel Kovar had found his grove begore stepping away from paintball last season and but he’s back with a renewed fire to win. Meter Ninios is also capable veteran who can play well on either side of the field. The next NXL event in Texas could be where it comes together for X-Factor and we see them at the top of the game again.
