Ranked #7 San Diego DynastyTune into Gosports.com May 3rd - 5th and watch Dynasty battle at the 2nd stop of the NXL US Tour in Texas. nSan Diego Dynasty is the most successful pro paintball team of all time and they are still a threat to win events, with four Top 3 finishes since their last NXL victory in Vegas 2017.nBut though their team is stacked with legends, the big question mark for them in the 2019 season, with the retirement of Brandon Short, is who will emerge as the starting first attacker on the snake side.nIn Vegas they rotated a few different players in that position: young Matty Kling hasn’t proven himself consistent enough to handles duties as a starter yet, and Arturo Andrade is getting back to 100% from his knee injury. Veteran stars Marcello Margott and Alex Fraige could end up be the go to attackers on the snake side. Though Dynasty believes Arturo is ready for the challenge.nThe rest of the lineup is locked in with aggressive beasts Tyler Harmon and Blake Yarber, OG Legends Ryan Greenspan and Yosh Rau, and the big offseason pick up from Aftermath, coming back to Dynasty to be their bully up the center, Alex Rodriguez. nAt the first NXL event Dynasty cruised through their first 3 games, dominating everyone they played until they ran into a brick wall called the Russian Legion, who beat them 0-6. That big loss forced them into the Wild Card Round, where they defeated The Ironmen, they then re-matched the Russians in the Quarter Finals, and lost again 2-6.nDynasty easily handed the challenges in front of them but they couldn’t find a way to deal with the machine that is the Russian legion. But if they find their grove on the snake side, they’ll be a favorite in Texas.
